Extended Outage

72+ consecutive hour outage confirmed on our end: pro-rata credit. Request within 14 days.

Duplicate Charge

Technical duplicate: full refund with proof. Processed in 5-10 business days.

3. Not Eligible

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong plan selected
  • Your internet/device issues
  • Account suspended for violations
  • Unused subscription time

4. How to Request

Email [email protected] with subject "Refund Request" including your name, email, purchase date, and issue. Submit within 7 days.

Contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
